Galco Gunleather is expanding its top-of-the-line Masterbilt holster series by adding new styles and models. The latest member is the new RevSolution leather revolver holster. This holster is a multipurpose field holster that allows the wearer to don the holster across different belt and body positions, including the traditional strong-side OWB (Outside the Waistband) and cross-draw positions.
Since the RevSolution can be worn in different positions, it allows wearers to clear things like backpack straps and buckles when in use. The crossdraw position is also often preferred when wearers are seated, be it in a car, on a horse, ATV or UTV.
The RevSolution allows a full firing grip in the holster, a critical feature for a smooth draw and presentation. A molded sight rail prevents snags on the draw, a useful thing to have on a revolver holster since revolver front sights tend to sit tall. Because this is a field holster for active outdoorspeople, the RevSolution offers two different types of retention. The first is its traditionally styled leather thumb break. The second is an adjustable screw that can be loosened or tightened as needed to tension the trigger guard for a faster draw or tighter retention.
